Wow. Just this time a week ago, I had made a brief post on Hexham Matters on Facebook, saying I was providing digitisation services for people. I did not expect how much of a response that one post would receive, and I want to briefly take a moment to say thank you!! You’ve enabled me to take this small little part of my tech hobby, and have a chance to make this a full business.
We’ve also expanded our services in the past week – thanks to the generous sale of one of our customers, we are now able to handle MiniDV camcorder tapes, and due to re-evaluation of the equipment on hand, we’re also able to take on VHS-C, SVHS-C, and cassette tapes. We’re still looking to expand though, so if you have any old playback hardware, that you think may be of interest, please do get in touch.
We’re still just getting started, and our services are set to keep expanding – I hope next week to post a little update between the new (old) machine I’m putting together, that will power our capture stations. Once again, thank you for your support, and I’m happy to get started!
